The house is situated in saint michel de montjoie, close to villedieu-les-poeles and vire which has a great outdoor swimming complex (aquavire). Ten minutes away are the forest of saint sever and the lac de dathée . Golf, fishing and horse riding are just some of the activities catered for locally.
